When Elderflower Park Home Estates bought Salthouse Farm from John Miller in January 2022 there was some concern amongst the residents that this would signal an era of change. After all the site had been run by the Miller family for so many years, initially as a dairy farm and then a holiday park, before it fully converted to a residential park home estate in 2006. There were fears that things would change, but those fears have largely evaporated as Elderflower has continued to run the site in much the same way in its first eight months of ownership. The fears were natural!  After all, a highly regarded local farming family were being replaced by a professional park homes company as owners. Salthouse Farm is a lovely, secluded place alongside the sea wall to live. It is ideal for those who have retired from busy everyday lives - well semi-retired at least!  Long may that continue.
